“He’s a sacred American institution of rock ‘n’ roll, and he just threw it all out the window. Just stomped on it and set it on fire,” Kid Rock continued. Kid Rock even suggested that Tyler get professional help regarding his decision to enter the world of reality TV. “I think whoever’s advising him, we should bring back the guillotine, or whatever they call that thing,” Kid Rock told the mag. “And if it was himself, he needs some serious counseling. I love him to death, but I gotta speak the truth.

In September, when Tyler was announced as a new judge, along with Jennifer Lopez and returning judge Randy Jackson, he called his new job a “dream come true.”A rep for Kid Rock was not immediately available for comment on his recent remarks when contacted by Access Hollywood.
